3D Printed

Precise, lightweight, and durable โ€” printed with care.

๐Ÿ’›

Zero Cost

Completely free to every family we serve, always.

๐Ÿ”„

Iterative

We refine until it's exactly right for the child.

๐ŸŒ

Community Impact

We partner with therapists, hospitals, and families to reach children who need us most.

How it works

From first contact to final delivery, we guide families every step of the way.

1

Reach Out

A family, therapist, or doctor contacts us about a child in need of an assistive device.

2

Design & Measure

We learn about the child's needs and design a custom device โ€” often iterating through multiple versions.

3

Print & Test

We 3D print a prototype, test it with the child, and refine the design until it fits and functions perfectly.

4

A Device Delivered

The final device is delivered to the family โ€” at zero cost.

Made by sisters, for children.

Sophia Friedman

Co-Founder

Hi, I'm Sophia! I love building and designing things โ€” there's nothing better than starting with an idea and making it real. I play volleyball and I'm in the nursing club at my high school, which is what got me so interested in the medical field. Think & Tinker is my way of combining design with actually helping kids, and I can't imagine anything better.

Mia Friedman

Co-Founder

Hey, I'm Mia! I love building things and getting out in the community to make a difference. I do gymnastics, which has taught me a lot about pushing through hard things. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, and Think & Tinker feels like the perfect head start. Connecting families with devices they need is my favorite part of what we do.
